Warren Henderson – Chief Operating Officer

Warren brings a unique and valuable perspective to the management, operations and growth potential at TurnKey. He has 20 years of experience in the project/construction management of golf course, resort, residential and commercial real estate developments ranging from 3 million to over 25 million dollars in value in 15 different countries on 5 continents. Warren’s experience in dealing with the complexities of coordinating various consultants, direct hiring, and subcontracting labor and equipment providers, along with securing and staging materials, provides TurnKey with the leadership it will require to achieve efficiencies aimed at growing the company. Warren’s current responsibilities include all aspects of the daily operations and future growth planning for the company.

Tracey Gerdeman – Vice President Operations

Tracey Gerdeman has over 18 years experience in the telecommunications industry with expertise in network planning, traffic management and capacity planning, network translations, technical support, network operations surveillance and voice, and data repair. She has managed a repair call center with over 80 employees for a major CLEC in the Midwest. She is a Grand Valley State University graduate where she earned her B.A. Tracey’s current responsibilities are ensuring process and policies of the entire Operations Department as well as Operational and Information Technologies management.

Tom Glass – Operations Manager OSP Engineering

Tom’s current responsibilities include management of our constantly growing engineering department. His group is responsible for hundreds of miles of route design, permitting, splice assignments, and record keeping. Tom has over ten years of OSP engineering experience and has been involved with over 3000 miles of construction projects.

Henry Graffenius – Operations Manager OSP Construction

Since joining TurnKey in 2001 as Manager of Michigan Underground Operations, Henry has been a key contributor to the development of the Underground Services and recruiting functions for the growth of TurnKey. He successfully managed the Underground function in Michigan for several years and subsequently has been promoted to Director of Underground Services, which today successfully spans across five Midwestern states.

Anthony Cobb – Operations Manager Construction Services

Anthony brings over 15 years of telecommunications experience to his role as operations manager of the splicing and locating services departments. Anthony has developed and refined his construction and project management skills across the full spectrum of telecommunication services including but not limited to ISP structured cabling, CATV network construction, fiber optic splicing and design, OSP network design/engineering, CAD, permitting and OSP construction. In his current role, Anthony is responsible for the budgeting, staffing and management of the locating and splicing groups including emergency restoration of our customer’s networks across our Midwest footprint on a 24 hour 365 day a year basis.

Dave Barnes – Manager Inside Plant EF&I

Dave has a combined 15 years of experience in managing people and processes, and central office engineering and installation expertise. Dave joined TurnKey in 2001 as a transport equipment installer and based on his attention to detail and commitment to assuring success for our customers, he has moved upward into his current position responsibilities for budgeting, staffing and coordinating the inside plant EF&I services. Dave has been instrumental in developing and implementing TurnKey’s installation quality assurance program with a focus on efficiency and industry leading installation standards.
