Warren came to TurnKey in 2009 with a focus on refining strategic direction, strengthening the company culture, identifying and developing new business opportunities, and supporting the needs of our employees so that as a team we can best serve the requirements of our customers.

Tracey Gerdeman

Tracey began at TurnKey in 2005 and currently is responsible for developing and implementing processes and policies of the entire Operations Department as well as Operational and Information Technologies management.

Tom Glass

Tom started with TurnKey in 2000 and currently handles the process of locating and defining new business relationships and managing the route design, permitting, field data collection and network documentation services performed by the OSP Engineering Department.

Henry Graffenius

Henry joined TurnKey in 2003 and now oversees both the underground and aerial outside plant construction operations across five Midwestern states (IL, IN, WI, MI, OH).

Lisa Itela

Lisa started with TurnKey in 2007 as part of the finance team and now heads up the finance department. Lisa is responsible for establishing and executing internal controls over the company’s accounting and financial procedures, including budgeting, job cost tracking, invoicing, and accounts payable.

Our Story

TurnKey Network Solutions is a privately held telecommunications contractor specializing in the engineering, installation, and maintenance of local and long haul telecommunications networks, facilities, and equipment. TurnKey Network Solutions was established in 2000. Our “TurnKey” approach to design, build-out and maintenance differentiates us from our competitors and provides our clientele with a single source for their infrastructure needs. TurnKey employees, not subcontractors, provide the majority of the various services we offer, giving us control over quality, cost, and schedule. Corporate headquarters is based in Grand Rapids, MI with west region operations located in Chicago, IL.
